Ty and I went on our first date December 30th, 2006.
We went on our second date at the beginning of February. I don't like to think about that time in between. It was a lot of, "Ok, I guess he didn't really like me.."
But after that second date, we were together constantly.
While looking through pictures recently, I found some from our "young love" days. We were just babies!

Ty's 21st birthday party.
Right before MY 21st birthday party.
The first picture we ever took together. I will forever be angry at my hair for ruining this perfect moment.
Again at my 21st birthday party. I'm sure there was something incredibly UN-funny on that phone. But it was my 21ST birthday, after all. :)
Judging by the makeup he's wearing, I'm going to assume that this was backstage of a play we did. At least, I hope so.
The first romantic dinner Ty ever cooked me. Eaten on deer dishes, of course.
At Silver Lake, on a trip with my family. Our original trip (to Sanibel Island) was cancelled due to a hurricane, so we did our best to make up for it. Not sure why, but this will forever be one of my favorite pictures of us.
Same trip. Pretending to be laying by the Atlantic.
Check out the mirror shades. Fun fact: Ty has always insisted that he has a "sunglass face." This means that ANY pair of sunglasses he puts on, instantly look amazing on him.
That time we both wore shirts with the word "pink" on them, and I was totally pumped about it. Ignore the fact that I look like I'm 12. I promise Ty is not a pedophile.
All at a friend's wedding. This was fairly early on, but at the end of the day, he confessed that he'd like to marry me someday...swoon, :)
When I was in danger of failing my college math class, Ty tutored me in the library. I passed by .01%. Thank goodness he stuck with me, because I still can't do anything harder than Kindergarten math without a calculator.
I think this is at a family get together at his parents. The reason I had to post this picture is because of his Tshirt. I swear this kid will be BURIED in this shirt. It is always in the laundry, and tends to be the first shirt that is worn after laundry is done. It's got to be the softest, most comfortable tee in the world because of the frequency of wear-age.
The first wedding we ever went to together.
At another wedding. I think we were engaged by this point.
On a Dairy Queen date. Wonder how many of those we've had over the years.
Wearing his favorite hat.
Road trip...and the return of the favorite hat. Backwards this time.
His haircut makes me laugh. Can't help it.
The time I made him try on stupid glasses that he hated.
Family meal at some restaurant...I wish I could still pull off those glasses and that haircut.
Heading to dinner. Still can't believe my parents ever let me get on this thing while I still lived under their roof. It was fun, but there was no backrest thingy for me...so it wasn't so comfy.
Hello makeup.
And last but not least, another one of my all-time favorites. At a rehearsal dinner.
We were such youngins!
Love you Tylan!
xoxo,wife.
